চাকরির পরীক্ষার জন্য গুরুত্বপূর্ণ Tense Rules
১. Present Indefinite Tense
অভ্যাস, নিয়মিত কাজ এবং সাধারণ সত্য বোঝাতে ব্যবহৃত হয়।
Example: The sun rises in the east.
২. Present Continuous Tense
বর্তমানে কোনো কাজ চলমান থাকলে ব্যবহৃত হয়।
Example: They are playing football now.
৩. Present Perfect Tense
অতীতে সংঘটিত কোনো কাজের সঙ্গে বর্তমানের সম্পর্ক থাকলে ব্যবহার করা হয়। already, just, yet, ever, never, since, for ইত্যাদির সঙ্গে এটি ব্যবহৃত হতে পারে। (LearnEnglish - British Council)

৪. Present Perfect Continuous Tense
অতীতে শুরু হয়ে বর্তমান পর্যন্ত চলমান কোনো কাজের সময়কাল বা চলমান কার্যক্রমের ওপর জোর দিতে ব্যবহৃত হয়। for ও since এর সঙ্গে এটি খুব সাধারণ। (LearnEnglish - British Council)

৫. Past Indefinite Tense
অতীতে সম্পন্ন ও শেষ হয়ে যাওয়া কাজ বোঝাতে ব্যবহৃত হয়।
Example: He went to school yesterday.
৬. Past Continuous Tense
অতীতের কোনো নির্দিষ্ট সময়ে কোনো কাজ চলমান ছিল বোঝাতে ব্যবহৃত হয়।
Example: She was cooking when I called her.
৭. Past Perfect Tense
অতীতে দুটি কাজের মধ্যে যে কাজটি আগে ঘটেছিল, সেটি বোঝাতে ব্যবহৃত হয়।
Example: The train had left before I reached the station.
৮. Past Perfect Continuous Tense
অতীতে অন্য একটি ঘটনা ঘটার আগে কোনো কাজ নির্দিষ্ট সময় ধরে চলছিল বোঝাতে ব্যবহৃত হয়।
Example: They had been playing for two hours before the rain started.
৯. Future Indefinite Tense
ভবিষ্যতে কোনো কাজ সংঘটিত হবে বোঝাতে ব্যবহৃত হয়।
Example: I will meet him tomorrow.
১০. Future Perfect Tense
ভবিষ্যতের নির্দিষ্ট সময়ের মধ্যে কোনো কাজ সম্পন্ন হয়ে যাবে বোঝাতে ব্যবহৃত হয়।
Example: I will have finished my work by 10 p.m.
পরীক্ষার গুরুত্বপূর্ণ শব্দ
every day → Present Indefinite
now → Present Continuous
already / just → Present Perfect
since / for → Present Perfect বা Present Perfect Continuous (অর্থ ও context অনুযায়ী)
yesterday → Past Indefinite
when + past event → অনেক ক্ষেত্রে Past Continuous/Past Simple-এর সমন্বয়
before + past event → Past Perfect হতে পারে
by + future time → Future Perfect হতে পারে
